Description

PDS is responsible for member development and succession process in MTI. We plan, execute, and control programs which aim to develop MTI member’s potential with our organization’s people development guide (Grand Design Kaderisasi) as its basis.

Responsibilities

  •  Analyze the needs and requirement for people development strategies and program
  • Design, execute, and control the realization of development and succession program in MTI
  • Coordinate with external parties to support people development process in MTI
